Salad Ingredients
- 5 cups Arugula washed and dried
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese shaved
Dressing Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine arugula, cherry tomatoes, and shaved Parmesan cheese.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
4. Serve immediately.
