Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 5 cups Arugula washed and dried
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese shaved

Dressing Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine arugula, cherry tomatoes, and shaved Parmesan cheese.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
