Arugula Pesto Recipe
A fresh and peppery twist on traditional pesto.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups arugula packed
- ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup pine nuts toasted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Combine arugula, parmesan, pine nuts, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
Pulse until finely chopped.
With the processor running, gradually add olive oil and blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
