Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups arugula packed
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup pine nuts toasted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Combine arugula, parmesan, pine nuts, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. With the processor running, gradually add olive oil and blend until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
