Ingredients 

Pesto Ingredients

  • 2 cups Arugula packed
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Pine Nuts toasted
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine arugula, Parmesan, olive oil, pine nuts, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
  3. Slice baguette and place on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Spread arugula pesto on toasted baguette slices. Serve immediately.
