- 4 cups Arugula
- 2 units Pears, sliced
- ¼ cup Walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine arugula, sliced pears, chopped walnuts, and crumbled feta cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Toss gently to combine.
