  • 12 oz Pasta any type
  • 1 can Artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chopped artichoke hearts to the pan and cook for a few minutes until heated through.
  4. 4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve the pasta topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
