- 1 cup Dried apricots chopped
- 1 cup Walnuts chopped
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs beaten
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and baking powder.
Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Fold in chopped apricots and walnuts.
Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before cutting into squares.
