Apple Walnut Farro Salad Recipe
A delicious and healthy salad combining farro, apples, walnuts, and a tangy dressing.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup farro
- 2 cups water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 apples, diced
- ½ cup walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Rinse farro under cold water.
In a pot, combine farro, water, and salt. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes or until farro is tender.
Drain any excess water and let farro cool.
In a large bowl, combine farro, apples, walnuts, cranberries, and feta.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
