Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Apples, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Granola
In a saucepan, combine apples, lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until apples are tender, about 10 minutes. Let cool.
In parfait glasses, layer Greek yogurt, granola, and the cooked apple mixture. Repeat layers as desired.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
