- 2 pcs Apples sliced
- 1 pc Onion sliced
- 200 g Brie Cheese sliced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
Add apple slices and cook for another 5 minutes until tender.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Remove from heat and top with brie slices. Let it melt slightly before serving.
