  • 1 pc Onion sliced
  • 200 g Brie Cheese sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add apple slices and cook for another 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Remove from heat and top with brie slices. Let it melt slightly before serving.
