  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
  • 4 pcs Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter cut into small pieces

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the apple slices, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  4. Arrange the apple mixture in the center of the puff pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
  5. Fold the edges of the pastry over the apples, pleating as you go.
  6. Dot the apples with small pieces of butter.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the apples are tender.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
