Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Apples peeled, cored, and chopped
  • as needed Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix milk and beaten eggs. Add to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  3. 3. Fold in the chopped apples.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove fritters from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
