  • 1 cup quinoa rinsed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the quinoa and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed and the quinoa is tender.
  4. 4. While the quinoa is cooking, chop the apple.
  5. 5. Once the quinoa is done, stir in the chopped apple, cinnamon, and honey. Mix well.
  6. 6. Serve warm and enjoy!
