Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 apple, peeled and diced

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the diced apple.
  4. Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
