- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup milk any kind
- 1 cup applesauce unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup diced apple
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, applesauce, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
Fold in the diced apple.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool before cutting into squares.
