Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 large Egg
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Diced Apples
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in the diced apples.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the top is golden and the mixture is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
