  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Apple peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for cooking

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  2. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  4. Place the coated bread slices onto the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. In the same skillet, add the apple slices and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the French toast topped with the cooked apple slices. Enjoy!
