  • 1 cup Milk any kind
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or honey
  • 1 Apple chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Nuts chopped (optional)

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  2. Stir in the chopped apple and nuts.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a jar or container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
  4. In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy!
