- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Milk any kind
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or honey
- 1 Apple chopped
- 2 tablespoon Nuts chopped (optional)
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
Stir in the chopped apple and nuts.
Transfer the mixture to a jar or container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy!
