  • 1 cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Fresh Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Let cool, then transfer to jars and refrigerate.
