Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Apples (peeled, cored, and chopped)
- 1 cup Onion (chopped)
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Grated Fresh Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Let cool, then transfer to jars and refrigerate.
