  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Using a mandoline slicer, thinly slice the apples.
  4. Arrange the apple slices on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon over the apple slices if using.
  6. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping the slices halfway through, until they are dry and crisp.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely before serving.
