Apple Brie Crostini Recipe

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 1 Apple thinly sliced
  • 200 g Brie cheese sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  4. Top each toasted baguette slice with a slice of brie and a slice of apple.
  5. Drizzle honey over the top of each crostini.
  6. Return the crostini to the oven for another 3-5 minutes, or until the brie is melted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
