Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Mozzarella balls halved
  • 1 cup Artichoke hearts quartered
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives pitted
  • ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Basil leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, red onion, and basil leaves.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss everything together until well combined. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
