Antipasto Ingredients
- 100 g Prosciutto thinly sliced
- 100 g Salami sliced
- 100 g Mozzarella fresh, sliced
- 1 cup Olives mixed
- 1 cup Artichoke Hearts marinated
- 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers sliced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 handful Basil Leaves fresh
Arrange all ingredients on a large serving platter.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
