Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 3 large eggs hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup red bell pepper chopped
  • ½ cup red onion finely chopped

Dressing

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, eggs, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, white vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and stir to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
