Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder optional
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. 3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, and red chili powder. Mix well.
  5. 5. Add diced potatoes and cauliflower florets. Mix well to coat with spices.
  6. 6. Add salt to taste. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
