- 2 cups Almond flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 large Egg whites at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Salt
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy. Gradually add the sugar, whisking until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the almond flour, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the macaroons are lightly golden.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
