Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar packed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Chopped almonds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped almonds.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
