- 2 cups almond flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda

- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract.
Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12 minutes or until edges are golden.
Let cool before serving.
