Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ¼ inch slices
  • ½ cup Almonds chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped almonds, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  5. Top each toasted baguette slice with the almond mixture.
  6. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
