Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped almonds, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Top each toasted baguette slice with the almond mixture.
Return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
Serve warm.
