Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Almond extract
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Sliced almonds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and almond extracts, and sour cream.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Top with toasted almonds before serving.
