- 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
- ½ cup Almond Butter
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, almond butter, honey, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
