  • 12 oz Fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Toss the cooked fettuccine pasta with the Alfredo sauce until well coated. Serve immediately.
