  • 2 cups Bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Serve immediately.
