- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 cups Bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup Carrots, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Serve immediately.
