Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup pickle slices
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat pickle slices dry with paper towels.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dredge each pickle slice in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
