Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 large onion sliced into rings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with buttermilk, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each onion ring into the flour, then the buttermilk, and finally coat with the panko breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated onion rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
