Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
- ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off.
Place the battered cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and toss in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Return the cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
