Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and dry the potatoes. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and the skin is crispy.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
