- 1 lb Ahi tuna, sushi-grade diced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds toasted
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced Ahi tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Gently toss to combine all ingredients.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.
