- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined cut in half lengthwise
- ½ cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 Serrano peppers thinly sliced
- 1 Cucumber thinly sliced
- ½ Red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- to taste Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, lime juice, and serrano peppers. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
2. Add the cucumber, red onion, and cilantro to the bowl. Mix well.
3. Season with salt to taste. Serve immediately.
