Ingredients 

Layer 1

  • 1 cup Strawberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Yogurt plain or vanilla

Layer 2

  • 1 cup Mango fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Orange juice

Layer 3

  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Milk any type

Instructions 

  1. Blend strawberries and yogurt until smooth. Pour into glasses to form the first layer.
  2. Blend mango and orange juice until smooth. Carefully pour over the first layer.
  3. Blend blueberries and milk until smooth. Carefully pour over the second layer.
