This refreshing and fruity tequila cocktail is not too sweet and mildly spicy. It features jalapeno-infused silver tequila with a dash of Korean red chili flakes.
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the tequila, apricot nectar, grapefruit juice and red pepper flakes. Shake well, strain into tumbler over ice. Add fresh lime juice to taste and a slice for garnish.
To make the jalapeno-infused tequila, fill a jar with about 1 cup or tequila. I used silver tequila. Add 1 sliced jalapeno, cover and infuse for at least 1 hour. For stronger flavors, increase the time up to 2 weeks.
