An Easter Brunch Menu for Staying At Home

Everything is different now. Still, there’s good reason to break out of the ordinary and plan a wonderful Easter brunch. Here are my favorite menu ideas.

Some holidays are quiet affairs. We have spent many Thanksgivings and Christmases with just our family of four. This Easter 2020, we know it will be “just us.”

I adore brunch. Firstly, because it’s the time of day when I naturally want to eat my first real meal. Plus, think of the possibilities! There are no boundaries on brunch.

You can go sweet or savory, keep it simple or have multiple courses. Your Easter brunch can even include a spring salad!

To be honest, the first thing I put in my mouth on Easter is a jelly bean because the Easter Bunny always leaves a trail of them for the girls to find their Easter baskets.

After a morning of stealing candy, I’m ready for a tantalizing and nourishing meal. Here, then, is an Easter menu to inspire your own festivities–with your own family, yourself {the best leftovers} or with friends over Zoom.
